The Main Club Committee. Members of this committee are responsible for the day-to-day running of the Club.

Selection Committee

This sub committee is responsible for the selection of members work for presentation at external club competitions. This committee is usually split between senior and novice members depending on the competitions being entered..

Grading Committee

This committee is responsible for the grading of members, both new and existing, into the appropriate competition grade. The committee may ask for portfolios of work to be submitted from new members in order to ascertain their grade. The committee may also change a grade of a member at any stage if warranted. The decisions of this committee are final. Note that the Competition Secretary is an ex-officio member of this committee.

The Club elects three committees to assist the running of the Club each year at the Annual General Meeting. Members serve for one year, with the Chairperson retiring from the Main Committee after one year. All other Committee members can choose to seek re-election.
