The IPF AV Festival was held in Áras Chrónáin, Clondalkin, on the weekend of the 19th & 20th October, 2019, and once again our club members did the club proud.
Pat Collins picked up the medal for the best sequence in the Intermediate category for his sequence The Beauty and the Beast.
Lilian Webb got an honourable mention in the Advanced category for her sequence The Three A’s.
Rita Nolan was runner up in the Advanced category, and also received the Best Script award for her sequence Avondale’s Proud Eagle.
Once again the club won the Andorra Trophy for best club sequence for the sequence The Goodly Barrow.
Brendan O’Sullivan put the sequence together with contributions from club members Bridie Maughan, Cliff Hutchinson, Dallas Camier, Michael Linehan, Pat Collins and Rita Nolan.
Congratulations to all involved and we should get chance to see the sequences in the club early in 2020.
